Future with Charge-discharge Inspection Equipment

The assembling process of lithium-ion batteries involves several key steps, including placing electrodes, applying electrolyte on insulators and packaging. Even after this assembling process, the batteries don’t function properly yet. In order to accumulate energy as batteries, they need to undergo a chemical change by repeating charge and discharge on the conditions specified by the manufacturers such as current value, voltage value and ambient temperature. With this chemical change, the lithium-ion batteries can function properly and accumulate high energy. The charge-discharge inspection equipment is responsible for this last and very important step.
